The kitchenette is equipped with induction cooktops, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first one, on the lower floor, is a double bedroom with a large window overlooking the church of Santa Maria dei Servi.
