Elegantly furnished one-room studio apartment characterized by a wooden decorated ceiling. The big window offers a wonderful view on the portico of the church of Santa Maria dei Servi. In the entrance, there is a big closet and a bathroom with toilet and shower. A peninsula separates the living area, composed by a kitchenette equipped with induction cooktops, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and electric kettle, from the sleeping one, featured with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

Up to 15 days before the arrival, no cost is charged in case of cancellation | After the term of 14 days to the arrival, the total is charged | In case of cancellation during the stay there will be no refund.

PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking space is available by reservation (€25 daily / €250 monthly). Entrance from Vicolo Bolognetti is allowed only with ZTL authorization.
LAUNDRY ROOM
At guests' disposal there is a common area with washing machine and dryer.
RECEPTION
Reception service is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
KEYLESS ACCESS
Independent key-free access through a personal code provided via email a few days before arrival.
