The living area consists in a kitchenette equipped with a dining table for four people, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with large shower. In the mezzanine floor there is a double bed or two singles and another bathroom with a shower.

Up to 15 days before the arrival, no cost is charged in case of cancellation | After the term of 14 days to the arrival, the total is charged | In case of cancellation during the stay there will be no refund.

PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking space is available by reservation (€25 daily / €250 monthly). Entrance from Vicolo Bolognetti is allowed only with ZTL authorization.
LAUNDRY ROOM
At guests' disposal there is a common area with washing machine and dryer.
RECEPTION
Reception service is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
KEYLESS ACCESS
Independent key-free access through a personal code provided via email a few days before arrival.
